Baking is a term which refers to the use of heat to release moisture, volatile compounds, or entrained gases from a coating or other material. This method of baking is used for finishing products with heat. In powder coating, baking refers to heating the powder coated part to melt (and crosslink if applicable) the coating. The term “baking” is often used interchangeably with “curing”.

The Express Batch Oven line (EBO series) are standardized batch ovens that Wisconsin Oven is able to manufacture at a lower price point and shorter lead time without compromising quality. This product has proven to be a valuable investment for the finishing industry. Available in twenty-six (26) sizes, with electric or gas heat, the Express Batch Oven is ideal for powder coating or finishing applications. The Express Batch Oven can be used for a variety of other applications such as drying, epoxy curing, bonding, metal finishing, varnish curing, baking, adhesive curing and more.

The Express Batch Oven is designed with heavy duty construction and high-quality components. The recirculation system features a combination air flow to maximize heating rates and temperature uniformity. Our industrial batch ovens are factory adjusted and tested prior to shipment from our facility to help reduce installation and start-up times. BELT CONVEYOR OVENS & FURNACES

We manufacture a wide variety of belt conveyor ovens, including flat belt style, chain conveyors, chain-edge, mesh belt, serpentine, chain-on-edge, slat type, and other arrangements, as well as multi-tier conveyor ovens. We can also design an oven to accommodate your existing conveyor.

Our industrial conveyor ovens and furnaces are available with continuous maximum temperature ratings up to 1,400°F. Our tongue & groove panel construction is used up to approximately 1,000°F. Above 1,000°F, we use our advanced surface design, a high efficiency construction that reduces operating costs and provides a reduced outer shell temperature.

Conveyor belt dryers utilize a supply duct to deliver heated air to the product in a top-down flow pattern, a bottom-up pattern, or a top-bottom pattern. The duct spans the full width and length of the heating chamber, so the product is heated during its entire travel through the oven. This insures maximum performance and temperature uniformity.
